CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
(CPA) KNQA LEVEL 7
- The Certified Public Accountant (CPA) course is designed to equip individuals with competences and knowledge required by persons who wish to qualify and work or practice as professional accountants, auditors, finance & tax managers/consultants or in any other related areas both public and private sectors
- All members of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK) are generally referred to as (CPA), and the designatory letters CPA(K) are used before their names
PATH TO BE A CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT (CPA K)
- Register with Kasneb for Certified Public Accountants (CPA) courses
- Enroll with Star College of Management Studies for training. Why Star College is a preferred training institution.
- Sit and Pass all the sit-in papers in ALL the levels, undertake a practical paper in Business & Data Analytics, and attend workshop organized by KASNEB & ICPAK on ethics and integrity.
- Join the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK) and become a professional member.
COURSE STRUCTURE
- The program is structured into three (3) Progressive levels, namely:
FOUNDATION, INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED LEVELS
Foundation Level
Intermediate Level
Advanced Level
ELIGIBILITY FOR CPA EXAMINATION
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) at least mean grade C+ (C plus)
- Other qualification approved by the Board
EXAMINATION SCHEDULE
Examinations are administered in the periods: April, August and December.
