  1. Sit and pass ALL sit-in-papers  FIVE (5) Basic units, a unit of competency, the learner shall be  issued with a certificate that acknowledges the achievement of the competence.
  2. Sit and Pass ALL the sit-in papers NINE (9) Core units of competency, do Research Project and undergo INDUSTRIAL ATTACHEMENT, the learner shall be awarded HR Diploma qualification in HRM, and is eligible to transit to professional qualification (CHRP)

ELIGIBILITY FOR CBET DIPLOMA EXAMINATION

  1. Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C Minus (C-) and above or KCE Division III, KACE one (1) Principal and 1 subsidiary or an equivalent qualification or Certificate of Experiential Learning or KNQF Level 5.
  2. A Craft certificate KNQF Level 5 in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
  3. Equivalent qualifications as determined by Kenya National Qualifications Framework (KNQF)5
