CERTIFIED HUMAN RESOURCE PROFESSIONALS (CHRP)

(CHRP KNQA LEVEL 7)

  • The Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) course is designed to equip individuals with competences and knowledge required by human resource professionals for effective job performance, namely; human resource manager, compensation and benefits manager, training and development manager, labor relations manager and employee relations specialist or in any other related areas both public and private sectors
  • It reflects the employers’ demand for qualified personnel to manage the human resource function in a dynamic and competitive environment
  • All members of the Institute of Human Resource Mgt (IHRM K) are generally referred to as CHRP, and the designatory letters CHRP K are used before their names.

  1. Register with HRMPEB for CHRP courses

ELIGIBILITY FOR CHRP EXAMINATION

  1. Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) at least mean grade C+ (C plus) and above
  2. A Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized examining body
  3. A bachelor degree from a recognized University
  4. Equivalent qualifications as determined by Kenya National Qualifications Authority

EXAMINATION SCHEDULE

Examinations are administered in the periods: June and December
